Geschützte Bezeichnungen können die Rechtebesitzer jederzeit registrieren. Es wird empfohlen sehr schnell zu handeln, denn sollten z.Bsp. in deutschland geschützte Begriffe von jemandem aus China registriert worden sein, so wird das Einfordern der Domains sehr aufwendig und kostspielig oder gar unmöglich. Es sei denn Sie besitzen weltweiten Markenschutz.
